A recent Europe-wide study by Savills found a property price premium of 37% in an area served by a budget airline - Easyjet flights to Dalaman starting March 2008

These include a marina, golf courses, the first of which will be completed in 2009, and 70,000 new hotel beds. The upmarket yachting resort of Gocek, the riverside resort of Dalyan and a 9 km long beach at Sarigerme, which is a centre from water sports and a nesting site for marine turtles, are all within 15 minutes drive. From March 2008 low-cost carrier Easyjet will operate four weekly flights from Gatwick, joining dozens of British charter operators already flying into the award-winning airport.
