The site has easy access to a fantastic sandy beach, which is perfect for children and water sports. The villas are also conveniently close to the new golf course. There are local shops within easy walking distance and public minibuses pass the complex regularly providing access to the beach, supermarkets and the entertainment and shopping of Kusadasi town centre.
Kusadasi is a coastal town and holiday resort on the Aegean coast. The town's cruise ship terminal is Turkey's largest with thousands of passengers disembarking to visit the nearby archaeological site of Ephesus, one of the country's most important tourist attractions, and the Virgin Mary's chapel. There are many other sights nearby, and the Dilek National Park, 30 km south, has beaches and forest walks. Work on a golf course to the south on the town has started with completion expected in 2009. A convention centre is also under construction. The town centre is lively year-round and has a good selection of shops and services making it an ideal place to live. There is a large yacht marina and beaches to the north and south of the center. Kadınlar Denizi (Ladies' Beach), to the south, is the area's best-known beach. Long Beach is a 14 km stretch of sand which sweeps south to the boundary of the National Park. Kusadasi is conveniently close to Izmir airport (45 mins away), which is served by year-round flights from the UK.
