Kusadasi is a coastal town and holiday resort on the Aegean coast. There are many other sights nearby, and the Dilek National Park, 30 km south, has beaches and forest walks. The town centre is lively year-round and has a good selection of shops and services making it an ideal place to live. There is a large yacht marina and beaches to the north and south of the center. Kadinlar Denizi (Ladies' Beach), to the south, is the area's best-known beach. Long Beach is a 14 km stretch of sand which sweeps south to the boundary of the National Park. Kusadasi is conveniently close to Izmir airport (45 mins away), which is served by year-round flights from the UK.
