BUYERsafe due diligence process includes:

Escrow
Where applicable, client funds are held in an escrow account administered by a British law firm. The client's funds will only be released to the developer once certain pre-agreed contractual conditions have been met, such as permission to purchase a property has been granted by the military authorities.
